Hello Everyone! We have been crazy busy here! Jerod, Naomi.. and the two kids were here with us since Wednesday! (so we had a house full)... they headed home yesterday morning. With all the rain Rushford was flooded... along with most of the southeastern part of Minnesota! (and some of Wisconsin) Thankfully our families are safe!!! Crazy how we didn't get any rain all summer... and now it seems to keep falling!!! Breaks my heart that families are without homes :( and that some families have lost loved ones in the midst of all this ciaos!

We had a good time when they were here- the rain seemed to keep us in most of the time . We went to little America on Friday and went on a little train ride :) I found out they have zebras in Marshall... Kinda crazy that I've lived here almost 2 years and they have zebras and other animals that I never knew about!!!! It was absolutly beautuful outside on Friday!!! One night Naomi and I went "downtown" for a few beers.. it was nice to sit and chit chat- although we were getting pretty annoyed with some people there! oh well.. that will happen.

Kierstin had her 9 month check up last Wednesday (a little behind.. she's already 10 months) It was Jamie's first time bringing her to the doctor by himself! Luckily she didn't need any shots :) She weight 21llbs! (75%) and a little her height was 30.2" (over the 95%).. so she's gonna be a tall girl like her momma! Crazy to think that in two months she'll be having her first birthday party... I'm sure I'll cry like a little baby!... Speaking of her birthday- she already got a early birthday present from grandma Vicky and grandpa Craig (my parents)- her very own Kitchen set :) She loves playing with it and pushing all the neat buttons!

Another tooth for chooch! That will make it 7 teeth!!! Can you believe it????? She didn't have any at 6 months.. and now bam- she's got a mouth full!! We bought her a tooth brush the other day and she loves it!!! I was thinking that we would have to hold her down to scrub those little toothers of hers.. but she just opens her mouth wide and brushes like a champion.

Sometimes I wonder if I was actually like at least 2 months over due? (that would explain all the weight i gained) Kierstin acts way older than she is. The Drama I tell you. Everyone always asks how old she is.. and then when I tell them they are like "whoa I thought she was like 16 months"! I suppose that would be a little easier... at 16 months they probably listen a little better :D
